Sainsbury's meat free meatballs

I have not been able to find a vegan version of these somewhat misnamed meat free meatballs locally but I was able to have them delivered from the city. The appearance and odour of these is perfectly acceptable while the texture after cooking as directed is soft and even, so not at all lumpy or chewy. The taste is good and different from that of soya burgers or sausages. These are very enjoyable and with twenty in the packet, there is enough for four servings if one eats the amount suggested or five servings in my case. I have just eaten these with macaroni and a Saclà tomato dressing which made an enjoyable meal
